Upcoming Deadlines

5500 filings are due 7 months after the end of your plan year for any group with 100 or more participants in any employee group health benefit.  Subsequent Summary Annual Report (SAR) is due no later than 9 months after plan year.

Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fees due July 31st annually for all Self-Funded/Level-Funded and any medical Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) plans.
